Leslie Banks is a RSPA Elite Certified Professional | Executive Director, Serve the Future AZ | SW RSPA Board – Social Media Manager

Leslie Banks is an RSPA Elite Certified Professional and lifelong advocate for the growth of racquet sports. Originally from Ada, Ohio, she began coaching at just 15 years old and went on to compete at the Division I collegiate level, experiences that shaped her passion for developing both players and programs.

An RSPA member since 2019, Leslie currently serves as the Social Media Manager on the Southwest RSPA Board, where she helps strengthen communication and connection across the region while mentoring new and current coaches to grow within the profession.

She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Serve the Future AZ, a Phoenix-based nonprofit that uses tennis as a platform for leadership, life skills, and social-emotional learning. Under her guidance, Serve the Future has become a model for youth development, recognized through national honors including the USPTA Star Award (2022) and the USTA Champion of Equality Award (2023).

Leslie continues to embody the spirit of service, excellence, and innovation that defines the RSPA—using tennis to inspire growth, mentorship, and community impact both on and off the court.
