Larry Lineberry is a 49 year member of the RSPA and a Master Professional since 1991. He graduated from Old Dominion University in 1973 and began his teaching professional upon graduation working with former New Zealand Davis Cup player, Ian Crookenden, in Roanoke Virginia.
Larry has been primarily at two locations in his career, Roanoke, VA and Sedona, AZ
In his career, he has promoted and directed over 20 professional tennis tournaments which has raised thousands of dollars for multiple charities since 1976. Additionally, he conceived and promoted two music concerts by his lifelong friend, Bruce Hornsby, which also raised thousands of dollars for charity.
His students have earned tennis scholarships to many colleges including Stanford University, Davidson College, the College of William and Mary, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, the US Naval Academy, the US Air Force Academy among others.

1882-1985 USPTA Mid-Atlantic Virginia Pro of the Year
He is largely retired now but still volunteer coaches the boys tennis team at Mingus Union High School in Cottonwood, AZ and raises thousands of dollars annually through sponsorship of several tournaments in northern Arizona.
